The help desk provides a dedicated point of contact where clients can:
- Report faults and enquiries concerning supported technology
- Arrange installations and relocation of equipment
- Arrange preventative maintenance visits or software upgrades
Test Line Support
CityIS also offer a 24 hour video/audio test line support, which allows clients to test their system upon installation, and prior to important video meetings. Face-to-face testing can be scheduled with one of our technical support engineers.
