On-Premise Services
CityIS' on-premise services utilise customer-premises equipment (CPE) and can be delivered remotely or on-site. Our on-premise services are designed to give companies a flexible approach to managing their video communications requirements.
The collaborative equipment can be managed, monitored and scheduled remotely by our video network operations centre (VNOC) and bridge operations centre (BOC); or we would place qualified technical specialist on-site to ensure that video communications is easy-to-use, adaptable and always-on.
Remote Management & Monitoring
CityIS' remote management and monitoring services uses software tools designed for purpose to maintain an overview of the entire video collaborative environment. The system identifies any issues that may arise, such as, connection failure or IP conflicts, and alerts the VNOC so the problem can be dealt with before it impacts on any scheduled meetings.
We remotely monitor and track system usage, bandwidth usage and system auditing, and make the adjustments necessary to ensure seamless uninterrupted video communications.
Call Scheduling & Launching
CityIS provides a fully automated call scheduling service via their BOC. We would remotely connect using network management tools via a VPN connection. Users make bookings via a user friendly automated web based scheduler tool. The user selects participants and rooms from directories, chooses the date and time of the meeting and selects meeting preferences. The system checks room availability and books the rooms.
Our fully automated call launching service dials and connects systems at the meeting's scheduled start time. Participants are simply required to arrive at the meeting room on time and the system will automatically start the meeting.
Operator-Assisted Meeting Services
In addition to call launching, CityIS can also provide operator-assisted meeting services to accommodate business needs with a level of professionalism expected to ensure the meeting runs smoothly, and as planned.
On-Site Services
CityIS are very experienced in delivering dedicated on-site technical support staff. Our technicians are employed directly by CityIS taking away any need for our customers to be involved in recruitment, HR, holiday & sickness cover and training.
Resource & Operations Management
Technical skills include executive meeting support, meeting room setup, scheduling & call launching, equipment testing & preventative maintenance and installation and troubleshooting.
In addition to help desk services and user training, technicians would also supervise all audio visual and video conferencing resources and provide fault resolution, if required.
Hosted Services
CityIS offer dedicated virtual room services allowing you to connect your video conferencing system to the world. Supported by Simplicity Conferencing's standards-based, industry leading infrastructure, you will be empowered with an always on, always available fully supported video conferencing solution.
The service is designed to eliminate the barriers to connect to customers, suppliers and partners, enabling business to business communications anytime, anywhere. Using a unique number to identify you on the public network makes it easy for multiple participants to join you in the dedicated virtual room from any device. The service supports multiple connectivity options, including legacy video systems on public telephone networks.
The service is priced per endpoint per month, based on a 12 month contract. A nominal set up fee also applies.
