Call Scheduling

CityIS provides a fully automated call scheduling service. Users make bookings via a user friendly automated web based scheduler tool. The user selects participants and rooms from directories, chooses the date and time of the meeting and selects meeting preferences. The system checks room availability and books the rooms, sending a confirmation email to the user.

Call Launching

The fully automated service dials and connects rooms at the meeting's scheduled start time. Participants are simply required to arrive at the conference room on time and the system will automatically start the meeting.
